December {recipe for soft gingerbread cookies}



Hey guys, how have you been? I totally abounded my blog this month. But when I turn the calendar page to 1st of December, I'm getting straight into the "planet crazy". This is the time of the year that I wish my days were much longer, I had an extra pair of hands, and ability of working with a speed of light :)

Probably almost every one of you love chocolate cakes and desserts. To be honest, I'm not a huge fun of this addictive to so many ingredient. I like working with chocolate, but I definitely prefer eating fruity cakes.

Grandma's Adele Mexican Cake



While I was looking for that perfect recipe for a chocolate sour cream cake I made about 5 years ago (good luck to me finding it today), I have found another treasure of mine, Grandma's Adele recipe notebook! You can still smell the butter and almond extract on its pages...wodefullicious!
